A challenging par 72 Championship Golf Course. At 6622 yards, the course is a stern test for all levels of golfer and is a perfect example of effective course planning which balances the natural contours of 205 acres of delightful Wiltshire countryside. Developing and maturing as years go by, Wrag Barn is ever improving.
The Club House is the ideal venue for a lunch, function or corporate event. The Golfers Bar provides a relaxed environment to watch sport and enjoy your time both pre and post round. The function rooms upstairs offer a stunning view with a balcony overlooking the 18th green. It is a great location to socialise and use the impressive facilities on offer.
Academy Course
Wrag Barn boasts a 6-hole academy course where golfers can test their short-game skills and practice a wide variety of shots needed to lower scores. The Academy course is a 6 hole short course including small target greens and bunkers, it is a perfect facility for trying out shots that work in the driving range but don’t transfer to the main course. It is used by the clubs Junior members before they graduate to 18 holes and by beginners who want the variety of playing the course without having to hit long distances. Elite golfers also use this area to perfect their distance control
and shot making ability.
Driving Range
Wrag Barn has an 11 bay covered driving range where you can hit off mats and a grass area for perfecting your ball striking and fairway shots. There are numerous targets set at different distances so all of your clubs can be practiced with. Balls are dispensed from a machine near
the club house entrance.

There is a chipping area for practising chip and runs, short pitches and lob shots. A putting green to perfect your technique for pace and the short testing putts can be conquered.
Parking is free, non-members are welcome and the Spike Bar is available for food and drinks afterwards.
